"We know that in the regions of Russia there are many talented businessmen who are in search of investors. Existence of the FDII correspondence accelerators will help them to create their business models and to build business more systemically. We start in six pilot cities, but we have a concept on development of Internet entrepreneurship across Russia as a whole, where the correspondence accelerator is just one of its basic elements. Along with acceleration it includes educational projects in the field of high-tech entrepreneurship for school and university students and representatives of small and medium businesses, work with regional investors and their training, work with strategic customers, promotion of Internet entrepreneurship as a whole. Only the integrated approach will allow us to speak after a while about emergence of independent Internet entrepreneurship branch in regions", – Kirill Varlamov, Director of the Fund for Development of Internet Initiatives, says.
